1.14.25: We do finally have a new, signed multi-year contract with the Scioto County fair board. So the good news is that Trade Days will remain in Lucasville for the next several years. In April 2025, admission for adults will be $8 on Friday and Saturday, and $7 on Sunday, with kids 12 & under still FREE. Parking on the fairgrounds is still FREE also (limited availability, of course).
NOTICE: A strong percentage of our vendors have already renewed their spaces from last year. So if you are planning to attend and need spaces for our spring show, call our business office during regular office hours, (phones are answered Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm). 1-937-728-6643.
IT IS OUR GOAL TO GET EVERYONE PARKED ON THE GROUNDS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. But remember, free parking is limited by capacity on the fairgrounds.
As always, set-up day is Friday. We begin admitting vendors at 12 noon. (VENDOR STICKERS MUST BE FIRMLY AFFIXED to the OUTSIDE lower left corner of your front windshield). Lucasville Trade Days officially opens to the public on Saturday morning at 7 am. “Early Bird Shoppers” are allowed in from 3 pm to 7 pm on Friday, at $8 per person, children under 12 are free.
Lock your trailers and equipment, and carry adequate insurance! Make sure you lock up your equipment, or stay right there to keep an eye on it. Remember that you must carry your own insurance. The Scioto County Fairgrounds and Famous Auto Promotions, Inc, are not responsible for loss due to accident, injury, theft, or damages. Secure locks, vigilance, and insurance are your only protection from thieves.
